When customers ask for special materials, LOTUS will try the best to find the materials.
Customers will be informed by LOTUS if there is a material MOQ which requested by supplier. Pre-paid for the cost of materials for all will be requested in this term.
The materials can be stored in the LOTUS factory, but no longer than two years. Also, LOTUS does not have obligation of the materials.
