Notice of Potential Price Adjustment
March 19,2026 1xxx
Dear Partners,
We sincerely appreciate your continued support and long-term partnership with us.
Recently, due to escalating geopolitical tensions in the Middle East, international crude oil prices have risen sharply, and global raw material costs continue to increase, with certain materials even facing supply shortages.
Over the past 10 days, we have continuously received price increase notices from our suppliers. Some suppliers have already implemented price increases, while others have indicated adjustments starting from April, 2026. The timing and scale of these increases vary, which has made cost planning more dynamic and less predictable than usual.
At this stage, we anticipate that a formal price adjustment may be required starting from April. The exact adjustment level is still under evaluation as we continue to collect and consolidate updated cost data.
As you may understand, most components used in our products are petroleum-based, including fabrics, webbing, binding, hook-and-loop fasteners, elastic bands, sewing threads, buckles, zippers, and drawcords. Therefore, if the current situation continues, we expect the cost pressure to further intensify.
In addition, we have recently been informed of a shortage in PVC materials. This situation not only affects pricing but also availability, and in some cases suppliers are no longer able to accept new orders. PVC is widely used in our products to enhance fabric stiffness and structure, as well as in transparent windows, anti-slip panels, and various trims. This further adds to the uncertainty in both cost and supply.
In fact, some fabric suppliers have already started adjusting prices very frequently, in some cases as often as every few days.
Over the past period, we have made every effort to absorb the rising costs internally through process improvements and cost control measures, in order to maintain stable pricing for our customers. However, as the cost pressure continues to grow, we may need to review and adjust pricing for future orders if the situation persists. Please rest assured that all existing orders which have been confirmed will remain at the agreed prices.
We are taking a cautious approach and will only implement adjustments when absolutely necessary. We would also like to work closely with you to manage this situation together and minimize the overall impact.
We remain committed to maintaining product quality, delivery reliability, and a strong long-term partnership. We sincerely hope for your continued support and understanding during this challenging time. Should you have any questions or wish to discuss upcoming orders, please feel free to contact us at any time.
Thank you again for your continued trust and support.
