  • LOTUS does not offer refunds for mold fees.
  • If a customer requests to print a logo, embroider a logo, add a patch logo, use a micro-injection logo, pattern, or other production methods that require mold fees on their bags, LOTUS will charge a mold fee accordingly.
  • For customized bags, an additional fee for cutting molds will be charged by LOTUS.
  • Please note that if a customer does not place an order for customized products within two years, LOTUS requires the molds to be returned. LOTUS cannot be held responsible for the custody of molds after this period, but can assist customers with destroying unused molds if necessary.
